This is a 25 year old Highland single malt from Aberfeldy, released as a limited bottling to mark the distillery's 125th anniversary. Aberfeldy stands in Perthshire and has been distilling since 1898. The bee is its emblem, a nod to the honey colour of the spirit.
Part of the sweetness comes from a sherry cask finish. The whisky has a very soft character with a mild honey sweetness.
