Aberfeldy – James Eadie 12 Year Old 2013/2025 (52.5%)

This Aberfeldy is a Highland single malt bottled by the independent bottler James Eadie. It was distilled in 2013 and spent its whole maturation in two first fill bourbon hogsheads before bottling in 2025, with an outturn of 644 bottles. It is bottled at 52.5% without chill-filtration, in a natural amber colour. The label carries a historic illustration of the distillery from 1925. The nose offers ripe apricot, red apple and the distillery's honey sweetness, and the palate adds a touch of cinnamon.
