Acquavite d'Uva Bimba (1.5L)

An acquavite d'uva from Distilleria Berta, produced in the Piedmont hills. Made with selected grapes and distilled with artisanal care, it expresses aromatic intensity and purity while keeping the character of the grape variety used. On the nose it opens with notes of ripe grape and delicate floral hints, followed by touches of vanilla and sweet spices from ageing in wooden casks. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a balanced persistence that leaves a pleasant sensation of warmth and freshness. It is suited to serving as a digestif after important meals, to moments of meditation, or to use in refined cocktails.
