Acquavite di Mele Affinata Antica Torre (50cl)

Acquavite di Mele Affinata from Distilleria Agricola Antica Torre is made with apples from the Monregalese area, at the foot of the Langhe. Some fruit is grown by the distillery and some selected from local farms. After double distillation in a simple steam still, the spirit matures for four months in a young 100-litre oak cask. The brief wood ageing adds roundness and a delicate vanilla note without masking the apple. It is amber, clear and bright, with aromas of ripe apple, light balsamic sensations and vanilla. The palate is soft, balanced and enveloping, with fruit and wood notes in harmony.
