Grappa di Dolcetto - Antica Torre (50cl, 39.3%)

A grappa from Distilleria Agricola Antica Torre, made with very fresh pomace from Azienda Conzia di Fabrizio Fabiani in Clavesana, in the Monregalese area at the foot of the Langhe. It is distilled in a discontinuous steam still with double pass, a method intended to preserve the aromatic richness of the pomace. Production is extremely limited, at just 160 bottles. In the glass it is clear, crystalline and bright. The nose shows floral rose aromas, delicate honey notes, spicy sensations and ripe fruit. On the palate it is soft, round and harmonious, with sweet, spicy and fruity notes and an elegant finish.
