Grappa di Granaccia (50cl, 39.7%)

A grappa from fresh Granaccia pomace from the Ligurian hinterland, double distilled in a steam-heated discontinuous still. It is clear and bright, with an intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, spice, floral hints and a delicate liquorice note. The palate is soft, round and harmonious, with fruit and spice in balance. Serve after a meal with dried fruit, dry pastries, aged cheeses or ice cream.
