This is a single cask Ardmore from the independent bottler Adelphi, bottled at a cask strength of 61.1%. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2024 after seven years in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, and 634 bottles were filled.
The nose is warm and earthy, with barbecue smoke and a faint industrial edge. On the palate it is full and complex, balancing peat and earthy tones with subtle sherry influence. The finish is long and smoky.
