This Glasgow Distillery single malt from Adelphi is 10 years old, in a 70cl bottle at 58.1% ABV. It was distilled in Glasgow in 2016 and bottled on 27 May 2026.
It comes from cask #845, a virgin oak hogshead that produced 258 bottles. The new oak had never held another spirit and had ten years to shape the whisky.
The nose is spicy and woody, with juicy orange, cinnamon, cigar box, old bookshop, red plum and Angostura bitters. The palate brings rum and raisin, a leather armchair, caramel, Belgian waffles and glacé cherry. The finish is rich and smooth, with spiced hot chocolate.
