Adelphi Private Stock Blend (70cl, 40%)

Private Stock is a blended Scotch whisky from the independent bottler Adelphi, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made using the Solera method, from a selection of single malts and single grains from different regions of Scotland, bringing together characters of Speyside, Islay and Skye. The nose has Speyside-style pear drops alongside peaty smoke of Islay. The palate is soft, delicate and balanced, with a salty touch recalling Skye and a note of nuts. The finish is long and controlled, alternating sweetness and dryness without heaviness.
