This is a single-cask Speyside single malt, distilled at Linkwood in 2015 and independently bottled by Adelphi. It matured for 10 years in a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead and was bottled in 2025 at a natural cask strength of 56.4% ABV. The release is limited to 238 bottles.
Linkwood's elegant, fruit-driven character is joined by dried fruits, gentle nuttiness, chocolate and the drier influence of the Oloroso.
The nose leads with raisins and figs and a mildly bitter, nutty edge. The palate is full-bodied and relatively dry, opening with rowan berries before raisins and dried apricots, and the finish carries marzipan and white chocolate.
