This is a 10-year-old Speyside single malt distilled at Linkwood and bottled by Adelphi in 2026 at 46%. It is Batch 2 of the Adelphi Speyside series.
The whisky is a vatting of sherry casks, which adds depth to the orchard fruit and malt. It is a batch bottling, with no single cask number.
The nose offers candied apple, caramel, malt and soft spice. The palate is round and fruity, with baked pear, apple, toffee and malt, plus a light coffee note alongside orange peel. The finish is malty, with cooked fruit, gentle spice and a slight roasted bitterness.
