A red wine from Alcesti, made from Syrah and produced to vegan criteria. It shows dark fruit and spice aromas, with a balanced structure, present but not intrusive tannins and a persistent finish. It pairs well with red meat, mushroom dishes and semi-aged cheeses, and also suits savoury Mediterranean dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C, opening the bottle a few minutes beforehand to let the aromas develop.
