Terre Siciliane IGT Biologico Hèila Bianco Alcesti

A white wine from Sicily made from Grillo grapes and produced organically, with no synthetic chemicals used in vineyard or cellar. The grapes are hand-picked, usually at dawn, then gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish hints. The nose offers tropical fruit, green apple, white flowers and a light mineral note. On the palate it is lively and refreshing, with good acidity, medium structure and a clean, persistent finish. Serve chilled at 8-10°C, as an aperitif or with light starters, fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
