Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT - Alcesti

A wine from Alcesti, made from the Zibibbo grape, also known as Moscato d'Alessandria, grown in Sicily. It is bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intensely aromatic, with tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, plus jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate it balances sweetness and acidity, with fruity and floral sensations carrying through and a long, pleasant persistence. It pairs well with seafood, especially spiced dishes or fruit-based desserts, and suits a relaxed evening or a special toast.
