This is a 12 year old English single malt from Adnams, named Distiller's Choice and bottled at 51.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from 100% East Anglian malted barley and matured in ex-bourbon casks.
Butterscotch, banana and honeyed dried fruit lead the flavour, followed by vanilla and ripe figs, with a soft, spicy finish.
