This is a 9 year old single malt from Adnams, in a 70cl bottle. It is a one-off release of 700 bottles.
The whisky spent seven years in second fill French oak casks, which gave it a smooth, elegant character. It was then finished for a further two years in two ex-Sauternes barriques.
