An 11 year old wheat whisky from Adnams, in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is wheat led, with 60% wheat, 35% barley and 5% oats, and the spirit was aged for 11 years in first-fill American oak barrels.
The nose combines coconut and caramel with roasted notes of tobacco, charred wood, bonfire and burnt coffee. On the palate there are espresso, chocolate, biscuit and spice, with a creamy texture. The finish carries caramel and honey, with liquorice and allspice.
