Akashi 5 Year Old Sherry Cask is a Japanese single malt matured for five years exclusively in sherry casks. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour, so it keeps its natural colour. It won a Silver medal at the 2020 Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition.
Tasting notes describe an intense nose of white fruits and vanilla, followed by a rich, silky palate of dried fruits and almond.
