Akashi White Oak Eigashima Bourbon Barrel Japanese Single Malt 7 Year Old (75cl)

Akashi White Oak Eigashima Bourbon Barrel is a Japanese single malt whisky, aged for seven years and sold in a 750ml bottle. All seven years were spent in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and nothing else went into the maturation. The nose is rich, with marzipan, pecans and peat smoke. On the palate come grilled figs, clove, vanilla cream, cocoa powder and sea salt.
