Akashi Blended White Oak is a Japanese blended whisky in a 50cl bottle, made at the Eigashima distillery from a blend of malt and grain whiskies. It was matured in white oak casks.
It is typically described as having vanilla, fresh fruit and a light touch of spice on the nose. The palate is soft and velvety, with moderate sweetness, chocolate and malt, and the finish is of medium length with spice and caramel.
