A limited blended whisky from the Akkeshi distillery in the north of Hokkaido, Japan. It was bottled in 2022 at 48% in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose is fresh and floral, with light malty sweetness and delicate spice. The palate is full-bodied, with dried fruit, a touch of vanilla and a pleasant spiciness. The finish is long and warm, slightly smoky, with a subtle sweetness.
