Akkeshi – Blended Whisky Soko "The Fall of Frost" 2024 (48%)

Soko, which translates as The Fall of Frost, is a blended whisky from Akkeshi Distillery on Hokkaido. It was bottled in 2024 at 48% ABV. It is the eighteenth release in the distillery's series based on the 24 solar terms, known as 24 Sekki. Dense, elegant peat smoke sits alongside malty depth and a light, salty, maritime note from the Akkeshi coast.
