Akkeshi Kiyoaki Seimei is a 2022 single malt from the Akkeshi Distillery on Hokkaido, part of its 24 Solar Terms series. The series follows the traditional Japanese calendar that divides the year into 24 seasons, and Seimei is an abbreviation meaning "clean, bright and lively".
The whisky shows red berries, candied citrus peel, sweet honey and gentle spices that linger in the background. The label is dark green and blue.
