Akkeshi Sarorunkamuy Limited Release 2020 is the first single malt from the Akkeshi distillery, aged for more than three years. It follows the distillery's earlier new-make releases, called Foundations, which gave a first taste of stock distilled in 2016.
The whisky was matured in carefully selected bourbon, sherry, red wine and Mizunara casks. It is described as bringing smooth, fruity notes to the nose and palate.
