Akkeshi Seimei is a peated Japanese single malt whisky, bottled in 2022 as the seventh release in the 24 Solar Term Series. Its maturation brings together Japanese Mizunara oak, bourbon, sherry and Japanese red wine casks.
Bottled at 55% ABV without filtration or added colour, it is described as combining smoke with fresh aromas in a balanced flavour profile.
