Akkeshi Taisetsu is a 2022 single malt from the Akkeshi distillery, released as part of its Solar Terms series. Taisetsu is Japanese for "The Great Snowfall".
On both nose and palate it shows mixed juicy fruits, mild floral tones with a gentle umami edge, and a range of spices. The finish is medium in length and crisp.
