Albana di Romagna Secco "A" DOCG

This Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG from Monticino Rosso has a bright, straw-yellow appearance. On the nose it offers discreet sensations of white flowers, apple and white-fleshed pear, accompanied by light citrus notes and a herbaceous touch. On the palate it confirms lively freshness and good savouriness, supported by a slender body and practically absent tannins; the finish is dry and persistent enough to maintain balance. It suits pairings with seafood starters, baked fish, crustaceans and fresh or soft cheeses, and can also be served as an aperitif wine. Serve at 8-10 C.
