A red wine from Monticino Rosso, showing the typical personality of Sangiovese in the Romagna denomination. It is clear ruby tending to garnet. The nose brings ripe red fruit, small flowers and light spicy hints. On the palate it has balanced structure, present but not aggressive tannins and freshness.
It pairs with Romagna tradition dishes, meat-sauce first courses, roasts and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 °C and open the bottle a little in advance.
