Pignoletto Frizzante DOC Colli d'Imola Tamburello

A sparkling wine from Monticino Rosso, with a pale straw colour with greenish reflections and a fine, lively perlage. The nose shows delicate white flowers, green apple, pear, citrus notes and a herbaceous hint. On the palate there is good acidity, contained sapidity and a slender body, with a clean finish. It is light and pleasant, suited to aperitifs and light seafood dishes, vegetable fritters, summer salads and fresh cheeses, and is best served well chilled.
