Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore S DOC Monticino Rosso (13.5%)

A medium-bodied Sangiovese red wine from Monticino Rosso. Ruby in colour, it has fresh and ripe red fruit, light floral notes and subtle spicy nuances on the nose. On the palate it is balanced, with measured tannins and lively acidity supporting its freshness; the drink is smooth, with pleasant persistence and a clean finish. It pairs easily with everyday dishes such as ragu pasta, rustic pizza, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, and simply prepared white or red meats, served around 16-18 C.
