This is a 20-year-old single cask Speyside single malt from Allt-A-Bhainne, selected and bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers series. It is bottled at 59.7% in a 70cl bottle, from an outturn of 324 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
Pear, apple and apricot lead the nose, with vanilla, honey and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is full, with sweet malt, caramel and candied fruit, then citrus and light spice. The finish is long and warming, with honey, citrus zest and soft spice.
