This is a 20 year old Allt-a-Bhainne from Speyside, bottled by Signatory Vintage in its Cask Strength Collection at 52.4% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was distilled on 26 July 2000 and matured in hogsheads, then spent a further six months in a fresh sherry butt. It was bottled on 19 April 2021 from cask 3, and the outturn was 703 bottles.
Allt-a-Bhainne was founded in 1975 by Chivas Brothers, and its water comes from the Scurran and Rowantree burns.
