Amador Whiskey 10 Barrel Hop (48%)

Amador 10 Barrel Hop is an American whiskey from a craft distillery in Anderson Valley, California. It combines 90% two-row barley whiskey with 10% whiskey distilled from craft IPA beer. The whiskey spent two and a half years in French oak, then a further six months in Napa Cellars American and French oak. It is bottled at 96 proof (48%). Neat, it is described as showing caramel, cloves and vanilla on the palate, with a very long finish.
