An amaro from Distilleria Berta, rooted in Moncalvo in the Langhe. It is made from a careful selection of alpine and Mediterranean herbs, infused and slowly macerated in selected alcohol. The result is balsamic, sweet-bitter and lightly spicy, with aromas of gentian, rhubarb and liquorice. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with an energetic freshness. It works as a digestif after important meals or in refined cocktails.
