Amaro Gamba di Legno Cevico (70cl)

An amaro from Cevico with a clear, recognisable character. The nose brings herbal and balsamic notes, citrus peel and bitter root depth. The palate is balanced between moderate sweetness and well-integrated bitterness, with a warm, rounded structure and good persistence. It works as a digestif neat or over ice, in cocktails where bitterness leads, or with dark chocolate and dried fruit. Serve chilled to open the aromas, or at room temperature for full complexity.
