Earth is a single cask Australian single malt from Amber Lane Distillery in the Yarramalong Valley, New South Wales. It is part of the Alchemical Series and is bottled at 53.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky began its maturation in an Oloroso sherry cask, Barrel 261, which came from the Fernando de Castilla bodega.
The nose offers dried fruits, toasted nuts and earthy spices, with hints of leather and aged oak. The palate has dark chocolate, stewed fruits and a touch of smoke over a creamy texture. The finish is long and warm, with spice.
