Fire began its maturation in an ex-Bourbon cask and was then finished in a peated ex-Islay barrel, cask 348.
The nose offers smoky peat, charred oak and a little vanilla, with dried fruits and spice beneath. On the palate there is rich malt, smoky embers and a touch of sweetness, with a creamy texture. The finish is long and warm, with smoke running through it.
