Amber Lane – Sleigh Bells 2025 Release (70cl, 54%)

Sleigh Bells 2025 is a sherry cask whisky from Amber Lane, an Australian distillery. It is bottled at 54% in a 70cl bottle and is the third release in the distillery's sherry cask series. The whisky matures in sherry casks, which bring dried fruit, warm spice and oak, and it has a deep amber colour. The aroma runs from sweet vanilla and caramel to dark chocolate and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth but powerful, leading to a long finish.
