Amrut – Peated

Amrut Peated is an Indian single malt whisky from Amrut, a producer that began in the late 1940s making rum and brandy and introduced its Indian single malt in 2004. The whisky is shaped by the climate of Bangalore. The nose is light and perfumed, with fresh mint, lemon peel and toffee, and the peat smoke is very subtle. The mouthfeel is velvety soft, fruity and spicy, with marzipan, a slight touch of ash and leather, leading to a dry oak finish.
