An Cnoc Peated Sherry Cask is a single malt from the Knockdhu distillery in the Highlands, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a special edition that pairs the distillery's light, precise distillation with peat and with the rich sweetness of sherry casks.
The aim is a whisky that brings together contrasting flavour profiles, with robust peat flavours set beside sherry sweetness, while staying rooted in Highland tradition.
