An 8 year old single cask single malt from An Orkney Distillery, distilled in 2016 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask. It was bottled by Cadenhead's at its warehouse in Campbeltown at 59.8% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, and only 48 bottles were filled.
The distillery burns Orcadian peat in its own kiln. That peat is made of sphagnum moss and heather, and the smoky malt it produces makes up 20% of the barley in each mash. The rest is unpeated barley from the mainland.
