AnCnoc Peated Edition is a Highlands single malt from the Knockdhu distillery, finished in sherry casks and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fragrant with sweet honey and juicy tropical fruit, alongside cinnamon, creamy toffee and a delicate note of bonfire smoke. On the palate come apples wrapped in caramel, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, with vanilla cream and plenty of smoke. The finish is long, with wood smoke, caramel and vanilla.
