anCnoc Peated Sherry Cask is a single malt from Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, sold in a 70cl bottle.
It blends peated and unpeated spirit, matures it in American oak ex-bourbon casks and finishes it in ex-sherry butts from Jerez, bringing smoke and sherry sweetness together. The colour is amber.
On the nose there is wood smoke, toffee apples and creamy vanilla. The palate brings gentle campfire smoke, sweet honey and cinnamon.
