anCnoc Peated Sherry Cask is a single malt made at Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, in a 70cl bottle without an age statement.
The bottling blends peated and unpeated spirit. It is matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-sherry butts from Jerez, bringing smoke and sherry sweetness together. The colour is amber.
The nose is wood smoke with toffee apples and creamy vanilla, and the palate offers gentle campfire smoke, sweet honey and cinnamon.
