This anCnoc is a peated single malt from the Knockdhu distillery, finished in sherry casks. The finish adds fruit and spice to the smoky, honey and citrus character of the peated malt. The name anCnoc comes from the place the water Knockdhu uses for its single malts is drawn.
The nose has sweet honey, tropical fruit, cinnamon, toffee and delicate campfire smoke. The palate is toffee apples coated in warming spices, with vanilla, and the finish is long with wood smoke, caramel and vanilla.
