anCnoc Sherry Cask Finish Peated Edition is a single malt from the Knockdhu distillery in Aberdeenshire, bottled at 43% abv. It is made from peated malted barley and finished in sherry casks after its first maturation. The name comes from the Knock Hill, whose spring supplies the distillery's water. The whisky is dark amber in the glass. Its flavour is described as gentle bonfire smoke with toffee apples and honey, warm spices and deep vanilla, with the peat and the sherry sweetness in balance.
