anCnoc Vintage 2009 is a single malt from the Knockdhu distillery in the Highlands, distilled in 2009. Knockdhu opened in October 1894 and describes its whisky as light and modern.
It was matured in Spanish and American oak casks, previously used for bourbon or sherry. It is bottled without added colour and without chill filtration, so it may turn slightly hazy when water is added or when it is kept cold. This is a natural feature of unchilled whisky.
