Angel's Envy Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon from Louisville, made from a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley.
It is aged for up to six years in new, charred American oak barrels, then finished for three to six months in port wine barrels imported from Portugal.
The palate is rich vanilla, ripe fruit and toasty oak. The finish brings dark chocolate, dried cherries and a touch of sweetness from the port.
