Angel's Envy Finished Rye is a Kentucky rye whiskey bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). It is finished in Caribbean rum casks, which give a reddish amber colour.
The nose has sweet butterscotch and toasted vanilla notes that mingle with hints of spice, dark fruits and sherry. The palate moves into buttery rum flavours, with some raisin and cherry in the background.
