Angel's Envy Small Batch Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, blended from whiskey aged between 4 and 6 years and then finished in port wine casks. The finishing was overseen by Master Distiller Owen Martin.
The port casks add depth and a fruit and spice character to the underlying bourbon.
On the nose there is spiced cherry, anise, candy corn and vanilla biscuit. The palate offers ripe cherry, warming spice and sweet vanilla, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and fruit.
